September 10, 2024: Constituent Assembly of the Swiss Gender Health Network

After 4 years of informal activity, it has been decided to formalise the network.

The Constituent Assembly will be held on September 10, 2024, at the end of the day, after the closing event of the S&G integration project in Lucerne. A remote connection will be provided.

On this occasion, the statutes of the association will be voted on and the representatives elected. Don't miss this opportunity to contribute to this new association.

Context of the SGHN

Swiss Gender Health Network (SGHN) brings together over 140 members from universities and hospitals throughout Switzerland. Members have various professional backgrounds but all share an interest in sex and gender issues in healthcare.

The network was revitalised in 2019 in order to promote the integration of sex and gender dimensions in medical education. 

Two meetings are organized each year, alternating between universities. They focus on sex and gender in clinical practice, teaching and research.
